Cozy Fall Morning🍁🍂

– Seasonal #1 – Fall is my favorite season because I believe this four-letter word is a direct synonym for comfort. The fresh air, the smell of hot coffee in the morning, and the peacefulness of staring at the falling leaves is something that I appreciate and am grateful for every year. I want to take you with me in my fall cozy morning and hope to inspire you to continue to enjoy this beautiful season.

Waking up

Fall is the perfect season to take our time. As nature is slowly getting ready for winter, we should allow ourselves to take our time as well to do the transition into the cold season. I love to put my morning alarm a little bit earlier than what I usually do to have time to relax and just stay in my bed for a while.

Breakfast

Another reason why fall is a great season is because of comfort food. My go-to for fall mornings is oatmeal. I like to spice it up with some cinnamon and nutmeg. Then I add some apples, maple syrup, and pecans.

Are you team coffee or tea? One of my favorite hot beverages for fall is the Pumpkin Chai from DavidsTea and I must admit that I drink it every season of the year 😜. If you like black tea and pumpkin flavor or if you are looking for a fall alternative to coffee, this is the perfect fit.

Get your Vitamin D!

After having breakfast, I normally work a little or go for a run or a walk depending on my mood. Fall can also be more difficult for the mood and energy as the weather is often rainy and there is less light. This is therefore why I believe it is even more important to go outside at least one time a day to get our daily vitamin D and be able to face any challenges of the day with a positive attitude.

Get stuff done…with comfort

Finally, when I come back from training or walk I like to do some yoga or stretches. I usually go on YouTube and find a video that corresponds to the time I have and how my body feels. Then I am ready to start to work, as my mind and body are ready to deal with what the day has prepared for me. I love to light up a candle as I am working and wrap myself up in a blanket to keep a comfortable atmosphere where it feels good.
