I can’t believe we are almost in 2022. I feel like 2021 has just started! So much has happened during this year, but at the same time, I feel like we are still stuck in 2020. Do you feel that way too? The pandemic has completely changed the way we feel time, and I feel like we get mixed up all the time!
But new year, new you, so let’s start with some positivity and with one of my favorite thing to do….goal setting! What I love about goal setting is that it makes you feel like you have really accomplished something during the year. You are able to track your progress and when the end of the year comes, it gives you a great perspective on your growth throughout the year.
Goal setting can be about setting precise goals related whether to health, work, personal life, or specific habits, but it can also be about planning some things that you want to accomplish or activities that you want to try during the year. It also gives a sense of accomplishment and gives the feeling of “I did something of my life!”.
So in this post, I am giving you FREE templates for goal settings for 2022. It also comes with examples to inspire you to make the most of this new year. Here’s what you will find:
- Bucket List
- Four Dimensions Goal Setting
Bucket List
So let’s start with the Bucket List. If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know that I absolutely love bucket lists. If for 2022, your goal is to make new memories, try new things and live experiences, a bucket list is the template that I suggest you to use.

Four Dimensions Goal Setting
This one is a little bit more different. Instead of specific things that you want to do or achieve, you visualize how you want specific areas of your life to look like. The board is divided into four sections: School (if it still applies, you can change it for whatever you want), Work, Health, and Fun.
Then, you identify what you want this specific area of your life to look like in 2022 with the help of pictures (see my example of 2021). I like to use images from Pinterest in order to create something “aesthetically pleasing”.

Whether you choose the Bucket List template or the four dimensions goal-setting, you must hang it to a place that you see EVERY DAY. In order to let the magic happen, and accomplish your goals, you need to see them….so do not place them in a drawer;)
This is it for this post, I hope you enjoyed it and it motivates you to set some goals for the new year. If you have been reading my posts in 2021, I want to take the time to thank you for reading me and for supporting what I love to do: writing and sharing my ideas with others. I haven’t been active in the past month, but with the new year coming up, I have amazing content coming up, so stay tuned!
Happy New Year!
